PakGame Terms and Conditions — Rules of Platform Use

By accessing, browsing, or using the pakgame website at pakgame.site — whether as a registered user or a visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how they access pakgame — on a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these terms as well.

PakGame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the email address registered to their account.

To register and use the pakgame platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakGame operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned minus any winnings.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and bots are not permitted on pakgame.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be self-excluded from the pakgame platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from pakgame for a violation of these terms.

PakGame serves users in Pakistan and makes no representation that the platform is available or compliant in other jurisdictions. Users outside Pakistan are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to use online gaming platforms in their own location.

Each person is permitted to hold one account on pakgame only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonuses voided, and any remaining balances forfeited.

When registering on pakgame, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your actual date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. PakGame is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account details.

Your pakgame account login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. PakGame will not be held responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by you sharing your credentials.

KYC Verification: PakGame reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC and a confirmation of your registered payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may have their withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed. Verification is required before withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000 can be processed.

PakGame reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes or in breach of these terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on pakgame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet transactions and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and cards. PakGame charges no fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges depending on your account type. Deposits are processed as quickly as technically possible — mobile wallet deposits typically appear within 30 seconds.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet transactions and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit (return-to-source policy). PakGame charges no withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 1–2 hours
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 PKT
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

PakGame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, where KYC verification has not been completed, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bet settlements. PakGame also reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal above Rs 100,000.

All funds deposited by players are held in segregated accounts separate from pakgame's operational funds. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to these terms and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

All bets placed on pakgame are subject to these general terms and to any specific rules published for the relevant product (sports betting, esports, live casino, Andar Bahar). In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule takes precedence.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until pakgame's system has accepted it and the funds have been deducted from your account balance. Where a bet appears to have been placed but funds have not been deducted, the bet has not been accepted and no liability exists on either side.

Odds: All odds displayed on pakgame are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Odds are quoted in decimal format. PakGame reserves the right to correct errors in odds at any time before a bet is settled. If a bet has been accepted at an obvious error price, pakgame reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

Void bets: Bets may be voided by pakgame in the following circumstances: event cancellation, abandonment without a result, start of an event being delayed beyond a defined threshold, clear pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to your account balance.

Maximum payouts: Maximum single-event payout limits apply on pakgame. These vary by sport and market type. PakGame reserves the right to reduce stake sizes on accounts that show patterns consistent with professional gambling, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.

In-play betting: During live events, odds and market availability change rapidly. PakGame's live markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Any bets placed during a brief technical suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

PakGame offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published with the relevant offer. Where a conflict exists, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on pakgame are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.

One account, one bonus: Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Bonus eligibility: PakGame reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups from bonus eligibility at its discretion. Players who primarily bet on markets with limited variance or who show clear arbitrage behaviour may be excluded from promotional offers without explanation.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period results in the bonus being forfeited.

VIP Club: Points earned through the pakgame VIP Club accumulate based on bet volume across all products. VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis and can be adjusted based on recent activity levels. PakGame reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with reasonable notice.

PakGame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a timer to receive notifications about how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary restriction on your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). Your account remains closed for the full duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from the pakgame platform. Self-exclusions are available for periods from 6 months to permanent. Once in place, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period ends.

PakGame's customer support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may reach out proactively or restrict accounts where concerning patterns are observed. PakGame takes fraud prevention seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using stolen payment credentials or making deposits with accounts that do not belong to you.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes — any user who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended immediately and the disputed amount deducted from any remaining balance.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to interact with the pakgame platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. If you discover a technical issue that could be exploited, you are required to report it to support rather than use it to your advantage.

All content on the pakgame platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, odds data, and software — is the intellectual property of PakGame or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pakgame platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pakgame content without express written consent from PakGame.

The PakGame name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of PakGame. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

PakGame provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, that the platform will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PakGame's liability to you in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you in your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PakGame is not liable for: losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure; losses caused by events outside our reasonable control including internet outages or payment processor failures; indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform; or decisions made in connection with betting outcomes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.

PakGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposited funds that are not the result of fraudulent activity will be returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to the completion of any required verification and investigation.

You may close your pakgame account at any time by contacting customer support. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed to completion after account closure.

PakGame may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — PakGame will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or via an in-platform notification.

If you continue to use the pakgame platform after updated terms have been published, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. PakGame cannot be held responsible for any claims arising from a failure to review updated terms.

Disputes about bet settlements: Any dispute about the settlement of a bet or casino game round must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. PakGame's decision on bet settlement disputes, following full review, is final.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which PakGame is licensed. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint process, you and PakGame agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
